Nuad Boran, literally "ancient massage", is the original form of Thai bodywork, codified at the Wat Pho temple in Bangkok where Yuwaree trained. Performed fully clothed, it works the body's energy lines ("Sen") with rhythmic acupressure and assisted yoga-like stretches. No oil, no gliding strokes, just deep, deliberate work that unblocks tension knots and releases fatigue held deep in the muscle.
Yuwaree · your therapistYou'll wear loose, comfortable clothing, the treatment is done without oil on a firm, comfortable surface.
Yuwaree works systematically along your energy lines with palms, thumbs, elbows and knees, combining pressure with gentle assisted stretches.
Pressure is tailored throughout, say the word and she'll go lighter or deeper. You'll leave feeling looser, taller and clearer-headed.
Perfect if you feel stiff, compressed or run-down; if you sit at a desk all day; or if you've had "Thai massage" elsewhere and suspect it wasn't the real thing. Not ideal if you prefer a light, oil-based pampering session, try the Thai Aroma Oil massage instead.

No, Nuad Boran is performed fully clothed. Wear something loose and stretchy, like gym or yoga wear.
Partly. It combines acupressure along the body's energy lines with assisted stretches. Think of it as yoga that's done for you, with deep pressure work in between.
For general maintenance, most clients book every 2–4 weeks. For a specific problem area, weekly sessions for the first few weeks work well.
